The Whole Picture · a whole-human check-in · free

How are you, the whole human?

Not your step count. Not your inbox. Whole health means the whole person: the people around you, the life in your own hands, the truth you can hold, and what you actually do with your days. Twelve honest answers, about four minutes, and one small thing to practice this week.

Made by a human, for humans. Nothing you answer leaves your browser unless you choose to send it, to yourself or to a team you have joined.

Example THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU THE WHOLE PICTURE

Four capacities, one circle, one human. The closer to the edge, the more that capacity is carrying you right now. The one nearest the center is where growth is waiting.

About this tool

A whole-human check-in, built on four capacities

Most of us check our health one piece at a time. Weight. Sleep. The number on a watch. Whole health asks a bigger question: how is the whole person doing? The people who are actually thriving are not winning at one piece. They are growing in four capacities that the rest of life depends on: being connected to people, owning what is theirs, holding the whole truth, and acting on what matters. Those four come from decades of work in attachment, differentiation and agency research, and they are the heart of the CORE Growth Method at Human Creative Coaching, where the whole human is the point.

The Whole Picture is a free four-minute whole-health check-in. It is not a diagnosis and not a personality type. It is a mirror for the whole human, held kindly, with one small practice for the week. Teams can run it together and see where the group is strong and where it is stretched, without anyone's answers being shown.

What are the four human capacities?

Connection, being able to reach for people and receive from them. Ownership, knowing what is yours and signing your name to it. Reality, holding the good and the hard of life in one picture without flinching. Empowerment, acting from what matters and believing your effort counts. They grow with practice; none of them is fixed.

Is this the CORE assessment?

No. Think of it as assessment-adjacent. The CORE Growth Assessment is a longer instrument, still in its first trial with a small group. This is a short check-in that uses the same four human capacities so you can see the shape of your week, and decide whether you want the fuller picture.

How does the team version work?

One person creates a team and shares a six-letter code. Each person checks in privately on their own phone. The team page shows only the group's picture: where the team is strong, where it is stretched, and three questions worth talking about together. No individual answers are shown.

Why one practice, not a plan?

Because one thing done is worth more than ten things intended. A small practice that fits inside a real week teaches you more about yourself than a plan you abandon by Wednesday.

What does whole health have to do with coaching?

Whole health is the idea that a person’s wellbeing is one thing, not a set of separate departments: physical, mental, emotional and social, all at once. Coaching at Human Creative Coaching works the same way. I do not coach a role or a goal. I coach the whole human who is carrying both. This check-in is where the two meet.

Is this therapy?

No. It is a coaching tool. If you are struggling in a way that frightens you, talk to someone you trust or a licensed professional. If you are in crisis in the US, call or text 988.
